From the start, our main goal at MAP IT has always been to provide optimal quality and service to our clients on a daily basis. Thus, throughout the last 10 years of operations, we have invested in the latest technology and the best personnel to help achieve our goal.
In 2019 we embarked on a process to streamline and organise our business operations in order to achieve the ISO 9001 certification to ensure that our competitive service level is maintained and also improved over the coming years.
During the process of certification, we worked closely with STEP to document the various development and support processes that were already being implemented in the day-to-day activities of our business. STEP also provided us with essential recommendations on how these could be improved and also gave assistance on how to focus on the essential goals and priorities of the company.
We are proud to announce that MAP IT Ltd. obtained the ISO 9001 certification by achieving excellent results in the external audit & was certified by SGS Italia S.p.A in November of 2019.
