Sales & Support Executive
We’re looking for a Sales and Support Executive who would be responsible for reaching out to various potential leads and Business owners across Europe as well as Malta & Gozo to build potential leads and present our software suite. This role is for someone who is interested in strengthening their experience in handling support requests as well as building confidence in sales.
Working with current and new clients on incoming support and new requests our guidance will help you gain that vital industry knowledge. Our team will also help you in learning the best practices and applying these practices to real life scenarios.
The day to day tasks will include:
- Generation and processing of new sales leads as necessary
- Answering phone calls from customers and dealing with problems as they arise
- Preparing sales information and updating documentation as required
- Following up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied
- Making sure that the business is on track with sales goals
- Maintaining the Support logging system
- Arranging appointments with clients
- Arranging presentations to prospective clients
- Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, support tickets, and phone calls
- Updating all contact information for clients
- Dealing with any customer complaints and resolving the issue as necessary
This role is a full-time role.
- Educated to MQF level 5 in any area/s of IT or Sales/Marketing.
- Ideally have previous experience in management of clients.
- Have an advanced level of English.
- Must have own dependable transportation.
- Great team player.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willing to push your own personal development and drive your own projects.
