What happens after I send this form?
One of us reads it, not a bot, and comes back to you to arrange a discovery call. If your query is simple enough to answer in an email, we’ll just answer it.
What actually happens on a discovery call?
We ask about your process: how the month closes, where the spreadsheets are, what breaks and how often. 15 to 45 minutes, no charge, no obligation. You’ll know by the end whether we’re the right fit for you.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Bring the problem, not a specification. If you already have a scoping document, we’ll read it, but we’d rather hear how the business actually runs.
We don't know which solution we need. Is that a problem?
That’s the normal starting point. Most clients arrive with a process problem rather than a product in mind, and working out which answer fits, or whether the answer is “not yet”, is our job.
We're already running an ERP that somebody else implemented. Can you help?
Often, yes. A fair number of our clients came to us after an implementation elsewhere didn’t go the way they’d hoped. Tell us what you’re running and what’s not working.
Do you only work with businesses in Malta?
Malta is home and many of our clients are here, but our work isn’t limited to the island, and we go anywhere the work takes. Kumpass in particular runs on SAP Business One instances anywhere.
