Questions we get in every first meeting.

How do you scope something that's never been built before?

The same way we scope anything: discovery on-site, watching the actual process, then a written specification priced upfront. Bespoke doesn’t mean the price is a guess, it means the discovery phase matters even more.

What happens if our requirements change halfway through the build?

They usually do, a little. Minor adjustments get absorbed. Anything that changes the scope significantly gets discussed, priced and agreed before we build it, not billed as a surprise at the end.

Do you maintain it once it's live, or is that down to us?

Of course! We offer ongoing maintenance, and most clients take it. The team that built it is the team that maintains it, so there’s no handover to someone who’s never seen the code.
