Kumpass.
MAP IT’s proprietary SAP Business One add-on suite.
Six production-ready modules built for distribution, logistics and multi-entity environments. Already in live use internationally, and built from the same implementations our clients couldn’t find off-the-shelf solutions for.
A product built out of nineteen years of implementation experience.
Kumpass extends SAP Business One for distribution, logistics and multi-entity groups.
Not pitched from a roadmap. Built from the gaps finance directors kept describing in first meetings: the customisations every distribution business seemed to need, the local Maltese context no off-the-shelf module accounted for, the workaround someone always ended up building by hand instead.
Kumpass extends SAP Business One for distribution, logistics and multi-entity groups. Each module exists because the same problem came up in five, ten, fifteen implementations, and we got tired of building the workaround from scratch every time.
The product is live. Clients are using it. There are approximately 84,000 SAP Business One instances globally and no licensing restrictions on where Kumpass can be deployed.
Where Kumpass fits: mid-market businesses already running SAP Business One, in Malta, the UK, or wherever the data centre happens to be. It’s particularly built for distribution, logistics and multi-entity corporate structures, where SAP’s out-of-the-box capabilities either require too much customisation to make it viable, or simply don’t offer what’s needed.
The 6 modules
Six problems.
Six answers. One suite.
Each module is independent install the ones you need, leave the ones you don’t. All six modules share the same data model, login, and support team.
01
Customer Portal
Clients log in to see their own invoices, statements and order history, instead of calling your office to ask for a resend. Statements and invoices go out automatically, and when a client signs a delivery or collection document, it’s scanned and attached to the right invoice in SAP without anyone doing it by hand.
02
Logistics
The Friday-afternoon problem: drivers collect cash and cheques all week, and someone has to reconcile it against what was actually invoiced. Drivers see their route on a tablet, load the van in delivery order, and get a signature at the door that lands straight on the SAP invoice. Cash gets reconciled against invoices the same day, not the following Monday, and blocked or overdue accounts get flagged automatically before the next delivery goes out.
03
Pick-list Automation
Overnight, sales orders get grouped by route and by customer, so the storekeeper picks in the order the van will load, not the order the orders happened to arrive in. Invoices sort by driver automatically. No re-picking because a case got missed at the back of the warehouse.
04
Sales Modules
Reps enter quotes, orders and return requests from a tablet in the field, with recently and frequently ordered items surfaced automatically, so they’re not scrolling a full catalogue in a client’s shop or stockroom. Rebates generate automatically against the rules you set, instead of someone calculating them by hand at month-end.
05
Inter-company sync
For groups running more than one SAP company database: master data and pricing stay in sync across entities, instead of someone maintaining the same product list three times. Includes a banking file generator that builds the standard payment file for banks like BOV and HSBC, so payroll and supplier runs don’t mean re-keying everything into internet banking by hand.

Who Kumpass is for
If you recognise yourself in this list, Kumpass is for you.
If YOU ARE
An existing SAP B1 user.
- Running SAP Business One today, anywhere in the world.
- In distribution, logistics, retail, or a multi-entity group.
- Dealing with a specific operational process SAP doesn’t cover out of the box (drivers, warehouse, sales reps, inter-company reporting).
- Already paying consultants to rebuild the same workaround your peers built last year.
same workaround your peers built last year.
Probably not the right fit if…
- You’re not on SAP Business One and have no plans to be. Kumpass is a B1 add-on, not a standalone product.
- Your operational process is genuinely one-off. Kumpass modules are built from patterns we’ve seen repeatedly; a truly unique workflow is a Custom Development conversation, not a Kumpass one
We sit with your drivers, warehouse and finance team and watch the process the module would replace. We come back with a written diagnosis of which module(s) actually fit, not just a quote with some numbers.
Step 02
Configuration.
We configure the module against your live SAP data, not a demo environment. You see it working with your own customers, routes and products before go-live.
Step 03
Rollout.
Drivers, reps or warehouse staff get trained on the tablet app itself, on-site, not on a manual. We’re there for the first cycle: first delivery run, first pick-list, first month-end reconciliation.
Step 04
Support.
We don’t disappear the day after you go live with Kumpass. The person who did your discovery is still reachable when something needs adjusting.
What stood out about MAP IT was their ability to combine SAP Business One with their own Kumpass solution to create a system that genuinely reflects the way we work. Instead of adapting our processes to the software, the software was adapted to our business. The implementation was well managed, and the support since go-live has been excellent.
Choosing MAP IT proved to be the right decision. Their team implemented SAP Business One professionally, while Kumpass filled the gaps that were specific to our operations. Even after go-live, they’ve remained responsive and proactive, helping us continuously improve the way we use the system.
SAP Business One gave us a solid ERP platform, but Kumpass completed the picture. The additional functionality addressed the specific challenges of our business without unnecessary complexity. MAP IT understood exactly what we needed, and the result has streamlined several of our day-to-day processes.
Do I need to be an existing SAP Business One client to use Kumpass?
Yes. Kumpass is built as an add-on suite for SAP Business One, not a standalone product. If you’re not on B1 yet, start with that conversation and we’ll tell you honestly whether Kumpass would be worth adding once you’re live.
Can we install one module without the others?
Yes. Each module installs independently. Most clients start with the one causing the most pain, usually Logistics or Sales, and add others once that one’s bedded in.
Will it work outside Malta?
Kumpass has no licensing restrictions and runs with SAP Business One instances worldwide both on-prem or in the cloud. We’ve deployed it in Cyprus as well as Malta, and configuration follows your local requirements, not ours.
